We are back with another one of our glute workouts for Workout Wednesday. A quick recap - a while back, I shared that I'd been incorporating new-to-me movements in a specific way to begin working on building glute strength. Later on in the year, I teamed up with our Namaslay® YTT strength and conditioning coach Dan Tavino to create our Namaslay® 30 Day Supplemental Glute Program which I've loved incorporating into my workouts.
Today, we're collaborating once again to bring you a quick and effective bum sculpting workout you can try the next time you're at the gym.
3 Rounds: Beginner
5 Rounds: Intermediate
Beginners: Start with 5 weighted lunges, then do 5 crossover lunges, then 5 cossack squats and repeat that two more times.
Intermediate: Start will 5 weighted lunges, then do 5 crossover lunges, then 5 cossack squats and repeat that four more times.
