This program is a supplemental program aimed to help develop strength and stability through the trunk. It’s available on the iOS version of our app when you opt-in for $3.99 but since we don’t have an Android version of our app, we are offering it here for the same price. We recommend speaking with a doctor before you start any new fitness regimen. This program is designed to complement your current training/yoga schedule, meaning you should do it in addition to your training, provided it works with your schedule and you feel up to it. If it doesn’t work with your schedule or your energy level isn’t quite there, we recommend skipping it and rescheduling it for another day. As always, move within a pain-free range. Many of these days have options for modifications, so we recommend doing what feels best in your body.
