This 30 Day program is available for our App Subscribers, but since our App is currently only available for iOS users, we are making it available here for Android users. The 30 Day Program is a typical meal plan that I have been following. The idea in sharing is to give you a framework you can tweak to make a meal plan that works for your dietary needs. For example, if a snack is listed as 1/2c of roasted almonds but you’re a 200lb man, you will probably want to eat more. We suggest using the program as a loose guide, and tweaking it to work for you is encouraged. This guide is not meant to diagnose or treat any ailments whatsoever, and you should always consult your health care provider before you make any major dietary changes. Please note, this diet contains lots of meat and meat-derived products (ex: bone broth). We do not suggest buying this 30 Day program if you cannot eat meat.

The strength portion of the program consists of HIIT workouts and yoga practices. It is designed to build strength that will complement your yoga practice. Just like with the meal plans, we suggest using it as a loose guide. For example, if you have bad knees and jumping air squats won’t work for you, do a wall sit instead. That is, we encourage you to take the liberty of customizing it to fit your lifestyle and needs. Some of the movements require equipment like resistance bands, ab wheels and dumbbells, but we have put alternative movements if you don’t have the equipment. As always, you should speak with your health care provider before jumping into a new workout routine.
