The holidays are often stressful, and by the end of the holiday season, many people are left feeling stressed out, exhausted, and overwhelmed. To top it off, many are upset with seasonal weight gain and set January 1st as the date to get back on track. 

We at YBC® wanted to change the narrative. Why wait until January 1st? Why not just start now? Instead of approaching the holiday season with an undercurrent of dread, why not put a plan in place to keep stress to a minimum and gratitude at the forefront?

We created an easy-to-follow four week fitness program that we know is going to speak to your needs, especially over the holidays. The workouts are quick, fun, and require no equipment which means you can do them anywhere - even while traveling. The guided meditations and gratitude journaling prompts that are incorporated throughout the week will help keep your mindset positive and joyful. Here's how it works. When you purchase, you will receive an email with a digital download link. This link is active for 24 hours, and you must download in that time. 

Here's what's included:

  • 16 body-weight workouts. These are beginner-friendly, and require no equipment which means you can do them anywhere. These hiit style workouts have been designed by YBC®'s Dan Tavino, a Level-1 CrossFit Trainer.
  • 1 carefully selected yoga practice per week from the YogaByCandace® YouTube channel.
  • 2 rest days with guided meditations from the YogaByCandace® YouTube channel, gratitude journal writing prompts and suggestions for a restful day from Candace.
