If you’re new to strength building and are looking to build glute strength, our Namaslay® Supplemental 30 Day Glute Strengthening program will be helpful. Designed by our Strength and Conditioning coach Dan Tavino, this program is something that you can easily do at home or at the gym. With minimal equipment required (resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells and a box or something to step up on), the entire program is easily accessible to all, especially newbies. There is a link to each exercise movement, so it’s very easy to follow, and there are yoga and guided meditation practices to supplement. On that note, this program is meant to be a supplement to what you already are doing at the gym.
