It's been a very tough few days for me - I'm dealing with some personal thangs - and when I mentioned it briefly on instagram, it seemed like a lot of other people out there are dealing with tough things as well. That's why I created this twenty minute relaxing yin yoga video. Yin yoga is very, very slow, and very, very relaxing. It's also excellent for developing flexibility, so I always recommend incorporating it into your practice with as much frequency as you like.
