It's Thursday and I can't believe it. The week has flown by for me, but it's all good. While I've been busy with work (just added another yoga workshop in Germany next week), I have been balancing it out by catching up with friends and family and making some time for myself to just do nothing. Here are a few things making my week a bit brighter.

It isn't easy moving to a new country where you don't know the language. The simplest errands can turn into the biggest challenges.
