In today's yoga video, I'm happy (and slightly nervous) to bring you a killer core strengthening sequence that might leave you hating me. That lactic acid burn doesn't feel good, I know, but I promise that with consistent practice, your core strength will develop and you might just thank me later. :)
This is a ten minute core strengthening yoga sequence. I use a cork yoga block in the sequence, but if you're fresh out of yoga blocks, you can just get creative and use what you find around your house. A big book or a similar size box will work just fine.
Remember to take breaks as needed, and always listen to your body. Modify it to make it work for you - ain't no shame in that!
