Warrior 2 is one of those poses that looks like a piece of cake, but after you hold it for a few minutes, the arms start to shake, the front thigh starts to burn and little beads of sweat appear at the hairline. It's a pose that comes up often in vinyasa yoga, though, so I put this together to share the key points. Give it a try for 3-7 full, deep breaths and see how it goes.
