I'm just learning about essential oils and how beneficial they can be. There are so many different ways to use them, and yesterday I put a couple drops in an Epsom salt bath. It was so relaxing and smelled so good! I used two drops of lavender and three drops of sweet orange for an entire bath (a little oil goes a long way!). Lavender promotes healing and relaxation, and sweet orange is good for the skin, stress, and healing cold and flu-like symptoms. I bought a whole bunch of other oils, so I'm looking forward to experimenting with them - how do you use them?
