Happy Friday! This week has gone by so fast for me, so I'm looking forward to relaxing a bit this weekend. We just booked a trip to Greece, so I'm excited to find a great place to stay, and research a bit more about what there is to do. I'm not as brushed up on my Greek history as I'd like to be - I'm having flashbacks to middle school learning about the doric, ionic and corinthian columns haha. Anyway, if you've been to Athens or any of the islands nearby, I'd love to hear your tips!
Today's video is just under 15 minutes. (For the record, I'd love to do longer videos but YouTube only gives me 15 mins, not sure why?) Anyway, I definitely recommend going into this warmed up. It's best for someone who has done a bit of yoga before. As always, stay mindful about how the body's feeling, and always stay in a pain-free range.
