You guys! I just realized that I no longer have the 15 minute restriction on my YouTube channel anymore which means that you get a longer video today. Hurrah! Excuse me while I dance a jig in celebration!
Anyway, I'm not sure how long a video I can do so I'm sticking with 30 minutes for now, trying not to push my luck. There's probably a way to check my limit, right? Any YouTube gurus out there want to let me in on how to do this?
Well, regardless, here's a new video, and I hope you enjoy. This is one of my absolute favorite sequences because it's really playful and different. I like that it keeps your body guessing, and really makes you sweat. It's challenging, so definitely do not go into this cold (there's a link for a warm up in the first few seconds of the video).
