It's Friday, friends! And to kick off the weekend, I've created a 30 minute power yoga video with a focus on core and hamstrings. This is recommended for people who are looking for a solid power flow, who want to work up a little sweat, strengthen the core and lengthen the hamstrings. There is a headstand variation as the peak pose, so check out this pose breakdown if you're not familiar with supported headstand, and feel free to do it against a wall if you're unsure.
