For whatever reason, the holidays can be a tough time to stay stress-free, so when Flipboard reached out to see if I'd be interested in creating a Flipboard "magazine" I said yes immediately because I was psyched to have a place where all of the YBC content related to stress management could be organized.
Flipboard is a cool tool where you can package content to share your perspective with friends and social followers.
I created an account, added the Flipboard tool to the navigation bar and went through the relevant YBC content and added it to the magazine. As I was creating my magazine, I realized what a convenient social tool it is for corralling information and inspiration to share with others in one spot. The app is available for free on iOS, android, windows and desktop.
For the magazine I'm sharing with you today, I've gone through and picked past YBC content that includes a guided meditation, a post I wrote about whether we should practice yoga while stressed, and restorative practices best for de-stressing. I think it's so convenient to have everything in one place, and hope you enjoy and are able to stay as stress-free as possible over the upcoming weeks.
