Hey everyone! It's been a whirlwind start to the week, as I've been in New York for the past two days. Today's I'm catching up on work and then going to do a walk through at a studio space (nothing concrete, just looking into it). I'm tired, but excited about the possibilities.
While in New York, I shot a ten minute gentle yoga in bed sequence that is ideal for beginning or ending your day. You don't need to do it in bed, I just thought it would be fun to switch it up a bit this time around. We'll gently stretch the whole body from the neck to the chest to the hips and hamstrings, and it'll leave you feeling relaxed and ready to start (or end) your day. Hope you enjoy it!
