Hello, party people! I've been reading your comments in the yoga forum and on youtube about how much you loathe burpee and push up parties (#worstpartiesever) and I get it - they're tough but they really are effective for building strength.
But, this is predominantly a yoga site, so today I'm bringing it back to yoga with this twenty-five minute yoga for upper body strength. It's a vinyasa flow video that will help to develop strength in the shoulders, chest, arms, and upper back which will help with poses like forearm stand and scorpion.
