In today's Workout Wednesday I'm sharing a burpee party (#worstpartyever) that'll get your heart rate up, help to build endurance and strength as well. If you're new to the burpee party scene, then A) where have you been and B) check out our first burpee party so you can learn how to do a burpee.
If you find that you have some fuel left in the tank after you complete this burpee party, see if you can bang out ten or so reverse burpees with handstands. And if you're still feeling like you want to kick it up a notch after that, try some handstand push ups. Hope you enjoy - let me know how this goes for you down in the comments below!
