A few weeks back I spent some time at Four Seasons Westlake, and the grounds were so beautiful I sat down and filmed a guided meditation. I love guided meditations because in such a short amount of time, you can truly feel a difference, whether you are dealing with anxiety, or just want to start your day off on the right foot.
