Ok so here's what I do:
1. Pull out my Vitamix and add:
2. Two to three heaping tablespoons of whole fat plain yogurt, 1/3 cup of goat's milk kefir, a scoop of the collagen peptides, a scoop of the Rootz Nutrition pre-workout, and a handful of frozen mixed berries.
3. Blend on high until completely blended and drink up!
