It's time for another yoga vid and it's a theme I haven't done in a while - chest opening. Chest opening yoga practices are great for helping to improve posture, alleviate or prevent minor upper back issues, and help increase shoulder mobility for Olympic lifters. We'll begin by opening up the side and front bodies and then we'll begin our flow, with our peak pose being camel pose.
