I loved my Chicago #YBCyogis so much during my Namaslay book tour that we've decided to head back there in June! The Namaslay® Yoga Workshop will be held June 24th from 10:45am - 1:30pm and will be all about strength building. This strength-based yoga workshop is appropriate for all levels, and will begin with a centering and motivational talk while we slowly begin to awaken the core. We will do various core strength building exercises, and then move into a vinyasa flow. From there, we will work on various arm balances including crow, flying pigeon, headstands and handstands. From there, we'll slow it down for gentle stretching followed by a mantra meditation. You will leave feeling inspired by your own strength, with tools to continue to grow your practice.
