It feels like it's been a while since we've done a vinyasa flow on the YBC® YouTube channel, so today I'm bringing it back! Vinyasa yoga is the style of yoga you'll want to practice if you're looking for a more athletic-based yoga practice. If you're looking for a slow, stretching style of yoga, search for a gentle style like restorative yin yoga instead. In this yoga video we'll open up through the hip flexors with sugar cane, and you'll also get some heart opening with poses like wild thing. It's definitely a feel-good yoga practice.
