While in Kenya for our Kenya Safari Yoga Retreat, I took a few minutes to film a gentle yoga video aimed to help loosen up a stiff neck and shoulders. Now, back to the vid. So this video is appropriate for all levels. You could even do this sitting in a chair, if you prefer, but basically, we’re going to slowly and gently open up through the neck and shoulder area. This will be a slow, hatha style, gentle yoga which should help you feel more present, and more awake by the end. I hope you enjoy!
