As most of you know, I’m finishing up my 300hr yoga teacher training (more on that soon after I graduate) and one of the most recent modules was on back health, spine care, and postural awareness. It completely changed how I sit and stand, and I’m so excited to design workshops around it for our upcoming midwest yoga workshop tour this fall, and workshops at Namaslay® Studios. I recorded this footage for a guided meditation while I was in Santorini leading our 200hr Intensive Namaslay® Yoga Teacher Training, but I decided to use the footage to create a guide for postural awareness. I hope it’s helpful to people out there dealing with minor back issues. I definitely recommend having a listen, especially if you’re someone who sits or stands for long periods of time throughout the day.
