One of the best modules I took at my 300hr Yoga Teacher Training Program was about foundations, alignment and anatomy. It was so vital to me to bring it back to basics for an intensive look at foundational structure in the practice. It made me so much more aware of my own movement patterns, and was really eye-opening, as I realized how many bad habits I’ve formed over the years that have since contributed to my own shoulder and back pain.
I urge you to give this Yoga Foundations Class a try regardless of where you are on your yoga journey because I truly believe everyone from the very beginner yogi to the seasoned instructor will learn something they can apply to their own practice.
