Please excuse the fact that this picture sort of looks like I’m getting ready to have my mug shot taken. I have to remember to take photos of myself before filming, otherwise we are stuck trying to get screenshots, and of course I am moving in basically every screen there is. Sigh. One of these days I’ll figure this vlogging thing out! Until then, it’s mug shot city around here.
Anyway. It’s been a hot minute since we did a Favorite Things, so I’m bringing it back this month and sharing three things I’m currently very into:
1) Health Ade Kombucha: This was sent to me by the brand a while back, and I can’t stop drinking it. Kombucha is a probiotic drink, so it’s great for gut health. It tastes kind of like a bubbly tea, and I’m really into the lemon-ginger flavor.
2) Aura Cacia’s Peppermint Roll On: I love these for teaching yoga and also to put on myself when it’s super hot out. I find peppermint to be a really cooling essential oil, and also very awakening, so I like putting a bit on my wrist around 3pm for best results.
3) Gut by Julia Enders: This is a super entertaining and educational read about gut health. It is laugh out loud funny, very easy to follow, yet also drops all the knowledge bombs.
