If you're working on flexibility, I always recommend yin yoga. There's really no better way, when it comes to yoga, than yin if you're looking to improve your range of motion. The practice is very slow, which can be challenging for those who have a very yang practice - those who want to constantly move and sweat and werk! But, you know what they say - the more you dislike something, or the more you avoid something, the more you actually need it in your life. So if you're someone who gravitates towards vinyasa, put that on the back burner for a day, and try yin yoga instead. It's always important to get out of your comfort zone!
