Today's the last day of the sequencing project! (Here's week 1, week 2, week 3, and week 4.) It's been a challenge for me for sure, but I've definitely enjoyed it, and hope you have, too. Later today I'll be announcing the January project, and you're not gonna want to miss it, so make sure to check back later!
Ok this week we're stringing together three poses in any way that feels best for you and makes sense for your practice.

My sequence: forearm stand to one leg scorpion, jump back to cobra, to bow pose, roll to bridge variation, wheel pose with push ups, boat pose, cobbler's, jump back, and then repeat on the other side.
