Today I've put together a 30 minute power yoga video. By request, the sequencing is pretty different from your run of the mill vinyasa, so keep your mat rolled up for this one because the sequencing has you rolling around on the floor and getting a little crazy. I know it's a little funky, but give it a go if you're up for getting out of your comfort zone, and let me know how you feel about it afterwards.
