I'm going to be honest. When I started filming this, I thought, 'Dang, I don't know if people are going to think this is enough of a workout.' But approximately thirty seconds later, I totally changed my mind.
This workout burns and I kind of loved it. Using the bands is a total game changer. It's a good workout to develop strength through the glutes and legs. I would do this before a yoga practice. Doing yoga after (rather than before) will help ensure you're thoroughly stretched and cooled down.
This video starts with me demonstrating how to do a glute bridge, banded walks, and banded air squats. Then, we start the workout, doing 10 reps of each movement for three rounds. My glutes were BURNING (especially during the banded walks!). Take breaks as needed, and enjoy!
