One of the best parts about my job is getting to visit incredible cities I’d otherwise not have the chance to see. During our Fall workshop tour, Marketing Director Lauren and I stayed at St. Regis in Vancouver. It was a bummer we weren’t there for longer than, like, twenty-two hours, because from what little I saw, it seemed like an incredible city, but alas, we had to get home. The St. Regis there is absolutely lovely - it’s a little boutique hotel in the downtown area, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the service is fantastic. While I was there, I shot this guided bed meditation for stress relief.
This is the video to do if you’re feeling chronic anxiety or stress. It’s very relaxing, and being in the comfort of your own bed is nice. However, if being in bed isn’t ideal when you do this video, you can always do it seated or on the floor - whatever works best for you. The audio is more important than the supine positioning.
