This yoga sequence is for all my headstanders out there who are trying to up their inversion game. I wouldn't suggest it for total beginners, but anyone who is working on their headstand should be good to go with this. If you're at the beginning stages of learning headstand, practice up against a wall. Just be sure you know the basics of supported headstand (video here) and tripod headstand (video here) first.
If you're feelin' like a boss with your headstand practice, give zombie press headstand a go.
