Admittedly, avocado and chocolate sound like they go as well together as scrambled eggs and caramel sauce, but believe me, you're missing out if you avoid this pairing. I love having a snack at night, and these fudgsicles do the trick. I love that they're packed with healthy stuff like probiotics from the yogurt and healthy fats from the avocado, but they still taste indulgent. They're also easy to hail to make, so that basically seals the deal.
Ingredients for Healthy Homemade Fudgsicles
2 ripe avocados
1 ripe banana
1/3c homemade yogurt (recipe in my eBook which you receive for free when you sign up for the YogaByCandace weekly newsletter)
3/4c cacao powder
1/2t raw honey (optional, because the banana is pretty sweet)
sea salt to taste
Directions for Healthy Homemade Fudgsicles
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze for at least two hours. To remove the top, just run it under hot water for about 30 seconds.
