This nine minute hiit workout is something you can do while on the road or at the gym if you have a rowing machine. If you don't have access to a rowing machine, no worries. You can still do this workout. Instead of rowing, you can do jumping jacks, double unders (or single unders), or go for a 200 meter run (approximately two blocks). Essentially, do whatever you can to get your heart rate up for the same amount of time it takes me to get through the 200m row.
The workout goes like this: 3 rounds of 200m row, 12 v-ups and 10 back lunges. Watch the video below for detailed instructions for each movement. If v-ups aren't happening for you, you can do regular sit ups.
