This is my go-to pose to wake up in the morning because it's such a full body stretch. What makes it special is that the lifted arm brings space and length between the ribs in the side body. So, so good.
Tip: Try to keep the pelvis evenly balanced rather than tilting it. Also, if the deep bend in the front knee is too much for you, back off and bring the knee behind the ankle.
