One of the challenges of running a YouTube channel is that when you travel, you usually can't upload your video until you're home because you need a wifi signal that's faster than lightning and, well, you just can't get that at any old place. So, my apologies for the lack of uploads in the last four weeks, but now that I'm back, you can expect new videos every week since we shot in each city I visited.
Today's video is comin' atcha from Stop Numero Uno, in London, England. I stayed at the Montcalm Royal London House, and they gave me this incredible room that opened up onto an astroturf terrace, which was the perfect setting for a hiit workout. I created this for people who travel a lot and are often stuck at a hotel without any equipment, but you could obviously do this right from the comfort of your own home as well.
This workout goes for three rounds and contains three movements of which you'll do ten repetitions each. We start with 10 air squats, then we do 10 V-ups, and then 10 back lunges. I give tips for how to do each movement right at the start of the video. This killed my hip flexors (great way to get strong through the legs), but if it's not enough of a workout for you, you can just do it one more time through.
