Ok so today's workout is a quick yet effective core strengthening video to help build a solid foundation for poses like handstand, and other arm balances. But even if arm balances aren't your jam, a solid core foundation will be helpful in preventing low back issues, and may help with posture as well. We'll start with a twenty second hollow rock hold, and then rest for ten seconds, and repeat that four times through. So you're done before you know it, but you'll definitely feel the burn, I think! Give it a try and let me know how it goes down in the comment section below!
