While in Tennessee for our most recent Yoga Teacher Training intensive, I had a moment to sneak away and film a restorative/gentle yoga practice. This practice takes just under 30 minutes and will hit the whole body. Great for if you’re feeling tired, run down, and just need a reset. When it comes to bolsters, there are a couple options, but I really love rectangular bolsters because there’s so much you can do with them, as you’ll see in the video.
