24 Minute Restorative Yoga for Neck and Shoulders

I'm back from Panama and hitting the ground running trying to catch up on work. We're starting today off with this 24 minute restorative yoga video I made a few weeks back that's designed to help release tension and stress through the neck and shoulders. You'll need a bolster for this practice, but if you don't have a proper yoga bolster, just get creative and use something you have at home like a couch cushion or large, firm pillow. The video is ideal for anyone who is experiencing mild upper back pain, tightness through the neck and tension in the shoulders.
