I'm back from Panama and hitting the ground running trying to catch up on work. We're starting today off with this 24 minute restorative yoga video I made a few weeks back that's designed to help release tension and stress through the neck and shoulders. You'll need a bolster for this practice, but if you don't have a proper yoga bolster, just get creative and use something you have at home like a couch cushion or large, firm pillow.
