As I mentioned earlier this week, it's been a tough few days and I haven't really wanted to get on the mat, but once I did, I knew it was the best medicine.
I've been playing around with lifting up to headstand lately, which is the first thing you'll see in the vid (first in slow motion and then time lapsed). Lifting up is great work for the core, so give it a try if headstand is in your practice. The other part I slowed down was this cool transition I've been incorporating where I start in side plank variation, hook the big toe, and swoop the leg in front for a split. (Don't do this unless you're really, really warmed up.)
