I'm back with a new yoga video for you and this is one I've wanted to make a for a long time. In fact, I did an April Fool's video about it, which sparked the whole idea that couch yoga could be an actual thing. When I walked into my room at Address Dubai Marina and saw the couch in the sitting area, I knew that would be the video I'd create. It's a firm couch, which is preferable when doing couch yoga because it acts like a bolster or block in that it props you up and supports the anterior tilt of the pelvis so your low back can be long.
This quick thirteen minute video will gently open up your entire body including neck, shoulders, torso and hips, making it ideal to do first thing in the morning, during the afternoon slump, or in the evening before bed.
