When I was in Greece at our yoga retreat, I had a request to do a vinyasa flow class that was "really flowy." I was psyched, because that's my absolute favorite - when the sequence just goes from one pose to the next in fluid movements almost like a dance, without holding things for too long. It's definitely not for everyone, but if you wanted to give it a try, I created a beginner's level vinyasa flow with this twenty minute total body yoga video. It's not for people who have never done yoga before, but rather, for people with a little yoga experience who are beginners at vinyasa. It stretches the hips, legs, chest, and back, so you're sure to feel great afterwards, too. Hope you enjoy!
