By request, my friends, today I've got a yoga video for hamstring flexibility. The thing about hamstrings is that often, when they're tight, it's actually because other surrounding areas are super tight. I'm talkin' the hip flexors and lower back in particular. Because of that, this video targets the entire lower body. You should finish this 26 minute video feeling like the fronts of your legs, the backs of your legs, and your low back are significantly more open than before you started the practice. For the video, I'll be using a block and a yoga strap. These are props I highly recommend, especially if you're very tight. (And here are other ways you can use a yoga strap and other ways you can use a yoga block, if you're interested. Don't forget that Namaslay will show you plenty of other ways to use these props!)
