It's Friday! Yeah! I'm getting ready to head out of town to pick up my visa for India. Can't believe it's really happening!
Today on the blog I'm offering a 15 minutes gentle yoga video that's especially good for athletes. Many runners and other athletes have tight low backs, hamstrings and hips.
