Well good morning, Monday! You are lookin' mighty fine today! What are your goals this week? I have a to do list a mile long, but I'm actually looking forward to tackling it cuz let's face it - there is little more satisfying than crossing off everything on the to do list, am I right?!
Anyway, let's start off the week with a yoga video, shall we? This is a 10 minute warm up with a bit of a focus on the legs and hips, so it's perfect to do on its own in the morning, or as a warm up to a power yoga session or pre-leg day workout.
In this practice, we start with a meditation, and then move into some neck and shoulder stretches, followed by downward dog, malasana, and pigeon pose. Remember to always work within a pain-free range, and stay in the poses longer if you need to, or skip things that don't work for you. Hope you enjoy! Cheers to a great Monday!!
