Thanks for all the birthday wishes yesterday! It was uneventful - just worked and went to the gym, but I'll be celebrating in a few weeks in New Orleans so that'll be fun.
Today I'm excited to share a fun thirty minute creative power yoga flow. This probably isn't suitable for total beginners, but anyone with a little yoga under their belt should feel free to give it a go. Just listen to your body, skip what doesn't work for you, and do what does. It's challenging in that it tests balance and strength and there are some poses thrown in there that are unexpected, but I had a lot of fun making it and hope you'll enjoy practicing with me!
