This photo totally cracked me up earlier this week when I was creating the YouTube video thumbnail because it reminds me of the opening scene in the Lion King. What can I say? That's sometimes how I feel about a cork yoga block - they're just so good. Anyway, I put this video together for anyone who is working on building up their upper body strength. Having a solid amount of strength through the back specifically will be helpful when you want to do things like a zombie press or hold downward dog for a significant amount of time.
