While traveling in Oman this past summer, we shot this meditation video around the Shangri-la Al Husn property because it was so gorgeous. I figured that for those who are uncomfortable closing their eyes for meditation, could simply keep their eyes open and focus on the relaxing views we shot. And for those who feel comfortable closing their eyes, they could just focus on the audio of the video. Meditation is excellent for reducing stress and tension, but it's hard to do on your own if you're new to it (and even if you're a seasoned practitioner it can be tough to get in the zone each time you practice), which is why I like guided meditations.
