I shot this short yet effective pre-travel yoga video while in Athens, Greece. This video is meant to help relax your mind and prep your body for a long day of travel. We start with some gentle spinal awakening, and then work our way up to the neck, and arms. From there, we move to the side body, intending to open up as much as we can.
