After many requests via Instagram, I've finally put together a funky, creative yoga flow sequence for my intermediate yogis. This video is good for people who already have a solid crow pose and headstand practice. However, if you're not quite there yet, I think you could still practice to this video, just skip the poses that you don't quite have.
